Products purchased directly from Microcopy within the last 90 days may be returned for a full refund. Products purchased directly from Microcopy within the last 120 days may be returned and will incur a 25% restocking fee. Items may not be returned beyond 120 days. 

To return products call us at 800.235.1863. A return label will be sent to you
to pay for shipping. Once we receive the return, your account will be
issued a credit. If the product was purchased through a dealer,
please call them to return the product.

To replace a product, simply place the new order and the item
will be charged. A credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned items.
