STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

• The terms and conditions appearing below shall constitute the complete agreement between the parties and such terms and conditions supersede any prior agreements between the parties either written or verbal.
• The Agreement applies to all sales of goods to any purchaser (“Buyer”) by MICROCOPY, hereafter referred to as the “Seller”.
• $2.95 shipping freight within the continental United States.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are shipped first class priority mail through the United States Postal Service. • Acceptable terms of payment are MasterCard, American Express or Visa.
• Seller’s terms and conditions of Sale shall prevail over Buyer’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
• All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
• Prices and discounts are subject to change without notice.
• In no case are goods to be returned without first obtaining Sellers permission.

SPECIAL EXPORT TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

• The same terms and conditions shall apply as above except:
• Only NEODIAMONDs, NEOBURR Carbides, and NEODRYS are available for international sales.
• All International Sales, (Exports) are final and goods sold are non-returnable.
• International customers are instructed to register prior to purchase.
• Risk of loss of the products sold hereunder shall pass to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier at Seller’s warehouse dock.
• All prices are quoted Our Warehouse. All freight expenses will be added to and paid as part of purchase price. All other expenses such as duties, taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or tariffs will be the responsibility of the consignee.
• Acceptable terms of payment are MasterCard and Visa.
• Export freight is charged per UPS International 2-day delivery.
• If Buyer refuses or fails to take delivery of goods tendered in accordance with this agreement or fails to take action necessary to facilitate delivery of goods Seller shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect, to dispose of the goods as Seller may determine, and to recover from the Buyer any loss and additional costs incurred as a result of such refusal or failure.
• Be advised that export deliveries require additional processing time and may necessitate minimal delays.
• International shipping charges are based on maximum 2-pound packages, (0.9 kilograms). This allows for a purchase of either 25 packs of diamonds, carbides or a mix of both. Orders that exceed this amount will not be processed.

RETURNS POLICY

• MICROCOPY will accept returns from direct customers once an approved Return Authorization number has been recorded. All returns older than 1 year will require a 15% restocking charge. No returns will be accepted after 3 years from original ship date. All shipment of goods outside of the continental U.S. are final.
